This upper is built around a 5.5-inch barrel, making it a good fit for pistol-style ARs and compact carbines – useful for folks needing something easy to maneuver around a property or for concealed carry where allowed.

The short overall length (14 inches) paired with the recoil reduction makes this a more comfortable shooting platform, especially important when you’re running a lot of rounds at the range or need quick follow-up shots while hog hunting. The HATEBRAKE also directs gas and concussion away from the shooter, a benefit in tight spaces.

This upper receiver will work with any standard AR-15 lower. It’s a straightforward swap for existing builds or a great starting point for a new .300 Blackout project.
