By accessing or using Firearms Alabama (firearms-alabama.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun and 18 years old to purchase a long gun.
- You must not be prohibited from possessing firearms under federal, state, or local law.
- You confirm you have a clean criminal record, are not a fugitive from justice, and are not subject to any court order restricting firearm possession.
2. FFL Transfer Requirement
By federal law, every firearm purchased online must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's state. You must complete a Form 4473 and pass a background check at pickup. Firearms Alabama ships only to verified FFL dealers.
3. Background Checks
The federal NICS background check is conducted by your local FFL at pickup. If you fail the background check, you cannot take possession of the firearm. Returned firearms are subject to our Returns Policy (15% restocking fee applies).
4. Product Descriptions & Availability
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee every specification is error-free. Colors may vary slightly from photos. Stock status is updated in real time but high-demand items may occasionally sell out before your order processes; in that case we cancel and refund.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cryptocurrency through our payment partner. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
6. Compliance with State & Local Laws
You are responsible for knowing and complying with state and local firearm laws. Firearms Alabama will not ship firearms that are illegal in your state (e.g., capacity-restricted magazines, CA-non-compliant features).
7. Limitation of Liability
Firearms Alabama is not liable for misuse of any firearm sold. Once the firearm is lawfully transferred to you, all responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use rests with you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, product images, and text on this site are the property of Firearms Alabama or our suppliers and are protected by copyright.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
