The Henry Repeating Arms AR-7 U.S. Survival Rifle is a lightweight .22 LR semi-automatic takedown rifle designed for convenient transport and compact storage. Its barrel, action, and magazines fit inside the weather-resistant synthetic stock, reducing the stored length to 16.5 inches for easy placement in a backpack, boat, aircraft cargo area, or other limited space. Once assembled, the rifle has a 16.125-inch barrel and 35-inch overall length. A rear peep sight and front blade provide a practical sight picture, while the 8+1 capacity and two included magazines support extended range use with lightweight .22 LR ammunition.
