Using the Browning patent, the 1885 Single Shot was produced from September 1885 through the end of 1920, a period when target shooting was extremely popular. The Single Shot was beautiful, strong, and well-made in every detail. About 65 types of cartridges can be used in this firearm; that’s more than any other. Features a case-hardened frame and blue barrel finish. Model features a checkered pistol-grip stock and single trigger. Case hardened receiver.
