Here we have a salesman sample 527. The rifle is in excellent condition and possibly unfired. Salesman samples are generally just a demo model that sales reps use to show the product to potential customers, most never see the range. Being a sample gun means that there is the potential of small cosmetic flaws from handling, look at the pictures for yourself. The factory warranty is still in place, however, the warranty will not cover cosmetic issues.
Tuned to perform the Match Target Rifle is a bit different than most 527s. Not only does it have a heavier- than-normal barrel (measuring .866″ at the muzzle) it also gets a fully-adjustable trigger very similar to the one found on the 557.
